Terms and Conditions of Booking
1. Making a booking and paying a deposit. A booking form should be completed and returned to D C Villas with a 20% deposit to secure the reservation. In the case of bookings made 6 weeks or less before departure - full payment will be required. D C Villas reserves the right to refuse any booking made by a group of individuals of the same gender, unless previously agreed, or to cancel any holiday where the original party is, or appears to be, of mixed gender but which subsequently is found to be of the same gender. The maximum number of persons is deemed to be 14. (Names to be included on booking form) Any increase in this number must be agreed with D C Villas and will incur extra charges.
2..Confirmation and payment of balance due. A confirmation invoice showing your holiday details will be sent to you once the deposit has been received. Please check this invoice carefully. The balance due must be paid at least 6 weeks before departure. If you do not pay the balance by the due date D C Villas reserve the right to cancel your booking and levy the appropriate cancellation charge.
3..Cancellation of reservation by you. All cancellations must be in writing. You will be liable for the appropriate cancellation charge as set out below.
More than 56 days before departure 50% of deposit
29 – 56 days before departure 100% of deposit
15-28 days before departure 50% of total rental charge
14 days or less before departure 100% of total rental charge
4. Cancellation or changes of your rental agreement by D C Villas. There may be occasions when, due to circumstances outside of our control, the villa may not be available for rental. D C Villas promise to advise you at the earliest opportunity, should this be the case, and will in all cases offer a full refund of any monies paid. In addition D C Villas will assist wherever possible in securing alternative accommodation.
5. Your responsibilities. Whilst staying at Casa Oleandro all guests should behave with propriety and not cause any wilful damage. D C Villas also expect guests not to cause distress, danger or annoyance to others in the vicinity of the property. If you do not comply with these responsibilities D C Villas reserve the right to terminate your rental, with immediate effect, and without any liability. You must not damage any property with which you come into contact during your holiday but, if you do, you will be liable for the cost of repairs or replacements. In order to cover such cost, you will be required to pay a refundable security deposit, which will be payable with the balance of the total rental fee. This deposit is returnable once D C Villas have received a satisfactory report from our villa management who will inspect the villa after your departure.
